Maximize Wellness will provide a comprehensive approach to the physical and mental health needs of their clients. Located at Longniddry Steading, just off Coal Road, this boutique gym aims to offer a holistic approach through personalised services.
Maximize Wellness will be the first in the area to offer machine-based reformer Pilates, alongside yoga, mat-based Pilates, and other fitness classes. With small class sizes—no more than 12 participants—clients will receive individual attention.
