Unimpressed with manager

I am disabled and mentally challenged. I went to the checkout your store manager was at in Haddington He told me he was closing I would have to go to the next one. I told him it was very busy. He didn't care it turned out that by the time I got to the till he had had to stay on his till. I feel abused.
